Founded by Bob Marshall in 1989 and now led by his son, George Marshall, the business has grown from a single employee to a team of over 25 skilled staff. We proudly serve homes throughout Essex and Suffolk, including, Chelmsford, Colchester, Sudbury, Brentwood, Basildon, Harlow, Witham, Bishops Stortford, Braintree, and surrounding areas.

Make an appointment

Our representative will visit to measure your property, discuss your requirements and provide a verbal quote; Followed by a detailed written quote with CAD drawings. Quotes can be delivered by hand, post, or email,. We’re always available to discuss the details further.

Order confirmation and survey

After placing an order, our expert surveyor will conduct a detailed survey to confirm specifications, take final measurements and record photos. You can make final changes at this stage. Once finalized, the Installations team will process the job, and your bespoke order will be manufactured.

Manufacturing

Vevo's state-of-the-art factory is equipped with advanced machinery and strict quality control that delivers the high standards we demand. Once manufactuered, your order will arrive in our secure warehouse, allocated and stored ready for the day of installation.

Installation

On installation day, our expert team will arrive early, prepare the area with dust sheets, remove your old windows, and install the new ones with care. As a family-run business, we take pride in delivering excellent service and quality work.

Payment

Upon substantial completion and ultimately customer satisfaction it is then time to take payment for your installation. Payments can be made over the phone via credit/debit card or by cheque and given to our fitters.

After sales service

Within 28 days of installation, you’ll receive your FENSA certificate by mail. Your ten-year guarantee and contact details are included with your order. If service is needed, our team is typically available the same day.
