We will arrange for one of our experienced representatives to visit your property to measure up and listen to your requirements. We will then be able to discuss the options, alternatives and designs that will best suit your needs. On the day of your quotation we will leave you with a verbal quotation which will later be sent out to you in a full written quotation, including computer aided drawings to assist with the design process. We can deliver the quote by hand, put it in the post or email a copy to you and will be on hand to discuss the details further.
Once an order has been placed with us we will then arrange for the detailed survey to be carried out by our expert surveyor. He will check through the order form to ensure that the specification and details are all correct and record the final measurements for ordering purposes. We will also take photographs for our records. If you would like to make any final changes to styles or options you can do so now. Once the survey is finalised the Installations department will process the job and our manufacturers will begin fabricating your bespoke made to measure order.

Your order will arrive in our secure warehouse, allocated and stored ready for the day of installation.
On your day of installation, unless otherwise stated please expect us bright and early to begin installing your job! Our fitters are meticulous in organisation, so first is clearing the room and laying dust sheets. Unloading tools and beginning to remove your old windows comes next and the installation follows. We pride ourselves on the finishing of the job, which is where most firms let themselves down. Our attention to detail is second to none.
Upon substantial completion and ultimately customer satisfaction it is then time to take payment for your installation. Payments can be made over the phone via credit/debit card or by cheque and given to our fitters.
Within 28 days from installation, please expect a Fensa certificate mailed to you by the governing body themselves. Our ten-year guarantee is complete with your order forms, along with all the necessary contact details if you wish to speak to us after your installation is complete. In the rare instance you need our service department, in most cases we can have them out to you the same day.
